At Webcentral.in, we are committed to delivering high-quality services aligned with industry best practices. During the term of your Master Services Agreement, we guarantee that our services will remain operational and accessible for a minimum of 99% Service Availability annually.

If Webcentral.in fails to meet the guaranteed 99% availability, you may be eligible for Service Credits, calculated based on the monthly fee of the affected service(s), as outlined below.

Retention & Backup Policy & Data Loss (SLA

Your use of our services is at your own risk. While Webcentral.in offers backup services as a courtesy on shared servers, these backups are primarily intended for internal administrative purposes and are not guaranteed.

Customers are solely responsible for maintaining up-to-date backups of their websites and data. We strongly recommend that you regularly back up your content to your personal computer or use a trusted third-party backup service.

Webcentral.in is not liable for any data loss or corruption, regardless of the cause — including system failure, backup errors, or even negligence on our part. We strive to ensure that backups are complete and accurate, but we do not guarantee their availability or integrity.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that it is your full responsibility to safeguard and back up your files and data stored on Webcentral servers.
